At Label Madhulika, every outfit is crafted with care and precision. We thoroughly inspect all items before dispatch to ensure the highest quality.
While we do not accept returns, we do offer easy exchanges to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.
👗 Exchange Policy
Eligibility:
Exchanges are accepted only for size issues or damaged/defective items.
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Items purchased during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange unless received damaged or incorrect.
How to Request an Exchange:
Email us at support@labelmadhulika.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, reason for exchange, and a photo of the product.
Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the exchange process.
A replacement product will be shipped once the original item passes quality check.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Custom-made or altered garments.
Accessories and jewelry.
Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect).
💳 Refunds
We currently do not provide cash or card refunds.
If the requested product for exchange is unavailable, we will issue a store credit that can be used for your next purchase within 6 months.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
To cancel, please email support@labelmadhulika.com with your order number and reason.
If your payment has already been processed, a full refund (minus transaction fees, if applicable) will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
📦 Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
After verification, we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
